Refund and Return policy

At Los Amigos, every piece is crafted with intention, quality, and care. To maintain the authenticity, hygiene, and quality standards of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
 
1. Security Tag Policy (Important)
All Los Amigos products are shipped with an original Los Amigos security tag attached.
Returns will only be accepted if the security tag is intact, untampered, and attached to the product.
• Any item returned without the security tag
• Or with a cut, damaged, or removed tag
will be strictly ineligible for return or refund.
This measure ensures product authenticity and protects our customers from previously worn or used items.
 
2. Items failing quality inspection will not be approved for return.
 
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
• Customized or altered items
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Products with removed or damaged security tags
 
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), 
  • A coupon/store credit of the same amount as compensation, as applicable.
 
5. Refund / Store Credit Process
  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we
  • will notify you of the approval status
  •  Approved compensation will be issued in the form of a coupon/store credit within 5–7 business days
  • The coupon/store credit amount will be equal to the value approved by Los Amigos
  • Store credits/coupons can be used on future purchases on our website

Please Note:
• Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received
Size or fit issues are eligible for exchange only, not refund
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

6. Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• Los Amigos is not responsible for lost return shipments
 
7.Exchange Policy (Manual Assistance Based)

We want you to love the fit you choose. If you need help with size or fit, we’re here for you.

Size & Fit Assistance

If you feel the size doesn’t fit you well, you can request an exchange by clicking the “Need help with size or fit” button on your order page or by contacting us at losamigos.care@gmail.com. Our team will assist you personally via chat or email.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange is possible only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and security tags are intact

How the Exchange Works
  • Exchanges are handled manually through customer support
  • Once approved, the pickup of the original product will be arranged first
  • After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the requested exchange size is unavailable, a coupon/store credit equal to the product value will be provided, which can be used for future purchases on our website
  • A ₹150 pickup and handling fee must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of the exchanged product
Important Notes
  • We currently do not offer automatic exchanges
  • Exchanges are provided only for size or fit issues
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or offers are not eligible for exchange
  • We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet eligibility conditions

8. Return to Origin (RTO)
Orders returned due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery will incur re-shipping charges, payable by the customer.

10. Policy Updates
Los Amigos reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags and security tags must be intact and not tampered with

The product must be returned in original packaging

Once the return request is approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated after inspection of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the security tag is removed or damaged

Returns are accepted for sizing or quality issues within 7 days.
